GUNS & HOSES is a USA sanctioned amateur boxing tournament between North Texas area Police and Fire departments benefitting local children charities and fallen heroes benevolence funds. This is the main event fundraiser for GUNS & HOSES Foundation of North Texas. To compete you must be a certified peace officer, fire fighter, or volunteer fire fighter, and live or work for a department located in North Central Texas.

GUNS & HOSES Foundation of North Texas is a nonprofit 501(c)3 foundation founded in 2002 primarily committed to providing support and financial assistance to families of fallen fire and police officers who have lost their lives performing their duty.

GUNS & HOSES will hold its 9th Annual Boxing Tournament at Resistol Arena on October 23, 2010.  Come watch the Firefighters try to regain the Championship Title against the Police Officers in this great competition.
