Box Office Information

Box Office: The Mesquite Arena Box Office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Mesquite Arena Box Office is located on the second floor of the arena.

Event Day: On event day the Mesquite Arena Box Office is open at 10:00 AM at the outside East Box Office.

Will Call Location: Will Call is located at the Mesquite Arena East Box Office.

Requirements for Picking up Tickets from Will Call: A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa.

Ticket Policies

Re-Entry Policy: Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Mesquite Arena, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed.

Children’s Ticket Policy: Please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

Duplicate Tickets: Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed to enter the Mesquite Arena.

Lost/Destroyed/Damaged Tickets: If proof of purchase can be obtained, then the ticket can be reissued on the night of the event only with proper ID.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be made unless there was a change to the date. All refunds are done at the point of purchase
